I have purchased a Philips 43"UHD smart led TV from Metro cash and carry pvt Ltd, Neptune, bhandup west. And it is having a five year warranty. And suddenly on 16th Aug it stopped working and for that I have lodge a complaint at 18602000129 but I am experiencing a very bad follow up. As per the costumer care he was calling on my number but as I didn't received the call he went back. Later I called on the number but he said I am not in ur area now so u reissue the complaint on the costumer care number again. I again reissued the complaint but again it was the same reply. I requested the costumer executive namely TRUPTI BHASKAR or someone but she said we cannot add any other alternate number as I was requesting her to add alternate number. She assured me that some one will come within 24 to 48 hrs but again no one came. So I called again and a guy named Mr. Aditya I gave him all the numbers available of my family to call them as everytime I called they gave me a same answer that as you didn't received the call ur call is cancelled. So he gave me one number 9821745590 and asked to call on that. The person who was on phone was very rude as I had also lost my temper coz I was facing very pathetic reply and lame service from Philips costumer service side. I just wanted to get my problem solved as soon as possible as now I am really getting pissed off from the reply getting from service centre. I really did not expected this type of service from Philips as I was mistaken that it's having the best products. It's very bad experience with Philips and I will personally recommend that is a big NO for me atleast to buy any Philips product next time. Plz try to resolve my problem as soon as possible. And revert me back as soon as possible. What's the use to give 5 yrs of warranty. It's harassing as we are just calling and getting no reply.
