My Samsung Smart LED TV was out of order within 15 days. I had made a complaint and your representative came and said that water has gone inside the TV. I said him that it is on Warranty Period so it should be replaced but he refused it and the TV is lying out of order since last 6 months. He said it would cost Rs. 10,000/-/. I do not know how can water insert inside as we have not even cleaned/wipe it from anything as it was absolutely new.
