I have procured a 32 inch Samsung LED model: UA32F5100ARLXL Serial No: MQWG3PBD308590P on 02.10.2013. Presently the product in under extended warranty till 02.10.2017.

WITHIN 1 YEAR i.e 0N 08.08.2014, the TV display went bad and it took 20 days for service centre to repair. The TV nneded to be taken to service centre from Numaligarh to Jorhat(50 kms) up and down for repair.

Again on 05.12.2014, the TV display went bad and it took 15 days for service centre to repair. The TV nneded to be taken to service centre from Numaligarh to Jorhat(50 kms) up and down for repair.

Again on 27.07.2015, the TV display went bad and reported to samsung service centre,jorhat to repair.
From the history of defects, the TV appears to have manufacturing defect and the comapny needs to rectify and replace the model.
