Television TV Complaint Complaint Date: July 27, 2020
On 20july 2020 I have done regular recharge but I have not recieved it yet and amount is also deducted from my account.... I have talk to costumer care several time mailed several times but not a single positive response I have recieved from them they are not responding to mail neither they are proceeding my request.... it's not about amount it's about service for which we paying them I can understand today's condition due to covid 19 but the condition is not that much worsen so they could not even proceed my request......
I can't explain u in word how much harassment bi have faced from their side so I want strict action against them bcz it's not a way to deal with consumer....
