Realme Smart TV gets faulty from last month but still issue not resolved

Respected sir/madam,

i purchased realme smart tv from flipkart 4 months ago. but in last month TV get restarts automatically. So, i raised a complaint in Realme on dated 24th Oct 2020. but till date issue is not resolved by Realme/service center. i take followed up approx. 30-35 times but they didnt give a final solution.

I had read their specifications before buying TV, Realme/Flipkart clearly states that they will provides support within 48 hours. But 10 days after the complaint, the technician had visited.
