LED TV under warranty panel issue

I have purchased Sansui LED TV 50 inch on 09/06/2016 with 5 years warranty and now in TV screen some lines are coming and self loged the complaint to the Sasui authorized service center i.e Skylark Enterprises on 16/04/2019, Technician had visit my home on 17/04/2019 and rectified that the screen panel issues and said need to replace the same. i personally continuously follow up with service center and they (Ramita & Ram) said that the company has stopped the production and part is unavailable. So i said that give me full refund i.e. INR 36,000/- because my TV is in under warranty. But no one is taking initiative and answering my calls. Its been a year now we have sent multiple email to Sansui customer care and tried calling but same answer that Sansui has stopped production in India.

I have also lodged complaint in consumer forum.docket number: 1634996

Appreciate if you can help us to get refund or replacement of this product

    Yesterday 13-05-2020 I have purchased Luminous inverter from market M/s कन्हैया इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स having serial number 1AHAS5C1018108 Electra+ 765VA.

    Now I am trying to update on the luminous portal for warranty registration but unable to registered, same I have emailed the details to luminous care but didn't get the support.Pls help in registering the complaint and advise for further process.
