Hello sir/Mam,
I had purchased Samsung UHD LED TV MODEL NO. 55RU7100-55” with SAC CODE: 85287219 on 22nd October 2019, from Kohinoor television Godhbunder road thane,
On 12thNov’19 evening suddenly my tv stopped working while tv was On its showing blank display,
i had put up an complaint to samsung customer care on phone on 13th Nov’19, they assure me to get resolved within 2days but the technician visited on 3rd day on 16th Nov’19 said the display is damaged from inside and they can’t repair it and said you have to pay for the damage and its not getting in the warranty criteria, when i asked to technicians how come this happen?they are giving silly excuses may be Kids damaged, the point is there is not an single line showing damage on the screen and we don’t have kids at home and also tv is mounted such an height which can’t reach by children and we are matured enough to keep safe such an expensive machine,
The problem is Kohinoor television thane Godhbunder had send one technician at the time of installation for 55Inch TV for wall mount and he asked for my help while unboxing and holding up for wall mounted, i am not an professional to hold such delicate machine and may be that time a small damage done which was not seen by naked aye which overcome within 15days or i got the defective piece which I don’t know and also this is very unethical to take customers help and not acceptable without reaching any diagnosis they are giving such an silly excuses.
Samsung Technician who visited on 16th Nov’19 are not ready to listen my side within 5 mins they said you have to pay or talk to your dealer and left(which is very much unethical),
I visited Kohinoor Television Godhbunder thane on 17th Nov’19 they assured me to resolve my issue within 2days
On 19th Nov’19 again 2 technician visited one of the same person who was present at the time of installation and other technician who was present on 16th Nov’19 ,even the technician don’t have any of the Photo of tv @time of installed TV.
Now dealer is making us to talk with Samsung and vice versa, No one is ready to take any responsibility,
I only knows within 15days of my purchase such an expensive TV its stopped working and now kohinoor television thane and samsung tv india is giving bad excuse, this is how they treat there customers,
