Philips Product not working No Service, bought philips home theater

Hi Team,

I bought philips home theater one year back and its not working properly. I have filed more then 10 complaints but still problem persist. Home theater some time working and some time stops working same has been shown to technician and acknowledged by them. I have visited 2-3 times service center also but they are not able to resolve my problem. They are not ready to replace my product or not able to repair completely. Please help.
