Sir I being a consumer of ortel communication facing a lot of problem towards service from the provider. Despite of several complaints i am unable to resolve my complaints and getting no response from the provider too. Their officials also asking to switch over the provider in stead rectifying the complaint. A new connection will cost a lot to me. Whereas i am unable to get cable service since last 20 days in spite of lots of complaint. Please help me out for which i will be grateful.
My membership no is 866436 of ortel cable service provider.
