From Carrefour Majid Al Futtaim Hypermarkets Oman LLC Salalah Garden Mall
With one Year India warranty and then moved to Mumbai, India.
My TV was not working properly so I sent a mail to indiasupprt@tcl.com in July 17.
They directed me to contact Paras Authorised Service Center in Mumbai for repair.
I took the TV and landed for repair on 3 Aug 17.
After about 50 days they told me that the TV cannot be repaired, the company has been informed and the company is going to refund you the money.
I tried contacting on customer care number of the TCL company so many times, but the service by customer care reps was of no help.
Sometimes they said that they can't help as this item is not purchased online and not registered with them and many times they said that there server is slow so can't help.
I approached the service center again many times. Every time they assured me that I will be getting refund soon. Once Mr Naman from Paras Service center communicated with TCL gulf area via e-mail and assured me that I will get the refund soon. I had given them my bank account no and swift code of my bank account as asked for refund. The copy of the invoice and the repair and service memo has already been send to them along with other relevant information by Paras Service Center long back. But after 5 months I am yet to receive the refund. There has been no communication from company to provide me any information regarding my complaint and refunds even after sending enough mails except once stating that I should contact the service center for the complaint. I am without a TV for last 5 months and still waiting for refunds after 5 months of the Complaint. My request to you is, please take immediate action and solve this problem so that the company either provide me replacement or refund at the earliest without further delay.
