Dear Sir, . My T.V. break down (picture not clear) since dated 08.10.2016. Many complain done from dated 10.10.2016 to till date,but t.v.not repaired. I had logged complain by email and Sony India customer care many times. (Complain no.035339915 &Job no.-J62555876). Sony India Customer care always reply repeated words that your complain will be attended by service centre m/s lifestyle,satna m.p.in next days,but problem not attended till date.Sony India as a recommended company not taking any action and cheating again and again.Sony India company disturbing me for last 40 days. I had also given order for replacement of display pannel of t.v. (according to Sony customer care and service cetre engineer).Service centre not received my phone after many call done,or not any person or email received about changing of display pannel.So,kindly urgent take action.
