I have Purchased Mi Led TV 50" 4X from Digi World, Agrico on 31-05-2020. One year Warrenty on complete Tv and Two Year warrenty for Led panel was given to me.
Within 1.5 years my tv is got breakdown three times for same reason.
1st Complaint within Six Months (30.11.2020) my LED panel was showing Hazy/Mirror image. After complaining them they have replaced the Panel.
2nd complaint on 10.12.2021 for Same defect reoccur once again I made a complaint and they have once again replaced the Panel on 18.12.2021. But after it My HDMI Port and Remote stopped working.
3rd complaint (20.12.2021) - I had once again lodge complaint to their coustomer care (Token No- M3049679).
They are now not responding.
In last visit service engineer told that there is a problem in "Mother Board" Of this TV but when I have asked him that as a customer I am facing same issue thrice in a one and half year.
So, replace the Tv but he said that you have to pay approx 7.5 thousand for it.
Then I said that Mi company has done fraud with me. They have sold defective product to me.
Now neither local service center is responding nor service engineer is picking my phone calls.
I want either my amount to be returned or new Tv as a replacement.
