Fleecing consumers by Samsung service centre

While registering complaint on 1800110011 the tv model code and manufacturing details that needed repairs were specifically given to the representative and it was requested that the tv would be brought to the Service centre by me.still an engineer forced a visit just to tell that the said model has been abandoned by the company and they will not undertake it's repairs as the parent company didnot provide them with the necessary spare parts.for this information only he charged 300 rupees.
