Faulty LED TV received through Shopclues

had ordered a led tv from shopclues on 16 apr 16,and i received the product on 27 apr 16.The sony led tv that i purchased had some manufacturing fault and my retyrn request was accepted and i was asked to wait for another 4 working days. Almost 13 days have passed but still my concern is un entertained. Every time i call i am again asked to wait for some days as there team is working on the issue. Shopclues is only searching for excuses to buy time. The details of the purchase and return are mentioned below. The order no. is 90172299 for Sony Bravia KLV 40R35C 40 Inches Full HD. till today no resolution is provided and even my calls are not entertained .The TV is having some issue with the display ,a horizontal black line comes whenever it is switched on.The Product was having 10 day seller guarantee. The fault was conveyed to the shopclues on 27TH april,the same day it was delivered.
