Sir,

I have buy samsung make 40" FHD TV on 2nd oct, 2017 from M/s Reliance Communication, bhiwadi, Dist. Alwar, Rajasthan.

There is Sound break problem in my TV set from day one.
I have analyse for one month, then i complaint to your customer care on 3rd novemeber, 2017 and they suggest to reset my TV setting, i have done the same as per guided by customer care.

But the problem exists, again i am complaned on 18th Nov, 2017 and they arrange the service engineer visit to my home.
Service engineer reached and said, it need a software update. i permited but infortunately pendrivr used for software updation is not running. suddenly, he said it need PCB replacement, means he will come and open the new branded TV and fit the PCB.
I said what will be the surety after PCB change, then he has no reply even same question i asked to customer care then also they have no sure.

I think the experiment is doing to my new and costiest (of that size and model) TV. How i allow him to open my TV.

Please suggest and arrange to proper analyse the problem , give me the surety that after repalcement of this part , this and another problem will never repeat.
