महोदय
मैंने 21/10/2016 को ठक्कर इंटेरनेशनल ट्रेडमार्क से हुंडाई कंपनी का 32" का एलईडी टेलीविज़न बजाज से रूपये 16490/- में फायनेंस करवाया था जिसकी मासिक किस्त रुपये 1649/- तय की गई थी दिनांक 28/10/2016 को हुंडाई कंपनी का 32" का एलईडी टेलीविज़न मेरे घर पर डिलेवर किया गया तथा कुछ समय के बाद पता चला कि एलईडी मे डिफ़ेक्ट था जिसके लिए मैंने दिनांक 29/10/2016 को ठक्कर इंटेरनेशनल ट्रेडमार्क से फोन पर बात भी की तथा उन्होने इस बात का आसवासन भी दिया कि आपको दूसरा एलईडी बदल कर दे देंगे लेकिन आज 08/12/2016 तक ठक्कर इंटेरनेशनल ट्रेडमार्क ने एलईडी बदलकर नहीं दिया मैंने अभी तक ठक्कर इंटेरनेशनल ट्रेडमार्क को रुपये 4449/- दे चुका हूँ मैं जब ठक्कर इंटेरनेशनल ट्रेडमार्क के पास एलईडी बदलवाने की बात करता हूँ तो ठक्कर इंटेरनेशनल ट्रेडमार्क उसको सुधारवाने की बात करता है मुझे जानबूझकर ठक्कर इंटेरनेशनल ट्रेडमार्क ने धोके से डिफ़ेक्टिव एलईडी दिया है मेरी मदद करें या तो मुझे रुपये 4449/- वापिस करवाएँ या फिर मुझे दूसरा एलईडी बदलकर दिलवाएँ
