Company Name :- Samsung Type:- led tv 32'' Date of Purchase:- 01/02/2018 Under warranty: yes (1 year) Serial No.:- update later Model No.:- update later Company Complaints no:-update later Amount :- rs.19300/- Problem details :- as per consumer he has led tv of samsung company his issue after installation on 04/02/2018 (approx.) while watching tv , tv was vibrated first then falling down then he complaint in customer care on 07/02/2018 they said him we can't repair this tv this is physical damaged not manufacturing defect and he paid rs.14000/- for repairing it consumer want to complaint against Samsung company .
