Sir,

We have purchased a Sony BRAVIA TV Model No. KLV-48W562D, Serial No. 4001216, purchased on 26th March 2016 from Croma Store. The TV got damage as on 16.09.2016. We also lodged our complaint to customer care vide our complaint no.34627604. The company Engineer also visited in our home and given us report that "LVDS Connector quality is not good , looks like damage. He also advised us that it will be better to get the
LED replace from company as this LED has no life. When the LED was working we also notice that the
quality of the sound of LED was also not good.

Now, the company's concern Executives are not accepting our request for replacement of our LED.

Sir, it will be a harassment if our LED will not be replaced by the Company. We also sent our mail to the MD Mr. Kenichiro Hibi of the Company as on 24.09.2016 BUT STILL THE COMPANY IS NOT READY TO REPLACE OUR LED TV.

KINDLY JUSTICE WITH US AND PLEASE DIRECT TO THE COMPANY'S EXECUTIVE FOR REPLACEMENT OF OUR LED.
