Complaint regarding non repair/replace defective AISEN 55" Smart LED TV from last 7 months

Purchased AISEN 55" smart LED TV from M/s Taneja Electronic, Jawalapur, Hardwar249401 invoice no.927 dt.13/12/2018 under 3 years warranty for Rs.47000/- From December2020 said TV remained defective of no picture problem despite of repeated repair by their service engnr. Now from dt.22/6/2021 again defect of no picture in TV has occured, but no response from company to our complaint & emails, phone calls regarding replacement of defective TV. Requst for help to get replacement of defectfree TV or refund of Rs.47000/- to enable us to purchase defect free TV for use of our family urgently.
