Complaint not addresed LG 55 inch LED from Navkar Electronics, Maninagar, Ahmedabad

I had recently purchased LG 55 inch LED from Navkar Electronics, Maninagar, Ahmedabad

However after installation we observed that display is not proper and had filed complain with company.

After visit company service person is claiming that problem is not with LED, problem is in SET TOP BOX of TATA SKY and not LED. However engineers of TATA SKY are complaining that problem is not with there Set Top Box.

In between LG and TATA SKY, I as a customer stand losing.
