Complaint about Cheating Company LeMall no Refund

Bought a Super3 series x55 TV from LeEco on 26th August 2016.
When I switched on the product, Was really impressed. After a couple of days observed dead pixels on the panel at 3 different places.
So I initiated a return request. That was on 31st August 2016. They gave a BlueDart tracking number and BlueDart guys came and picked up the TV.
After that it seems as if TV and my money went into a Blackbox. The tracking number LeMall guys have provided is not working. I have called them up continuously for past 7 days. I have written multiple emails. But it seems there is no use of doing it.
Nobody absolutely nobody knows the status of the return request. They say they have escalated but I still see no response at all.
It's been 21 days which is above their stipulated timeline for refund. I incurred interest on my credit card payment which I am paying for no reason at all.
At present I don't think I will receive my money back or TV for that matter. It's not only a monetary loss but a mental harassment as well.
Conclusion :
LeEco return policy is hoax.
Please do not buy products from LeMall. If they are defective and you return the product, you will end up losing money as well as the defective product.
If it's your hard earned money please do not waste it in donating to LeEco. Other recognized brands such as Sony, Samsung TV may be a bit costly but thats the money you are paying for the after sales service and a good tried and tested product.
