Compensation for Airtel HD Set Top Box and Dish Antena

I bought a LG TV from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd with offer of 50% discount on Airtel HD Set Top Box only followed by free package of all HD channels for a period of 30 days and over-tuned by SMS at 16:55 hrs.on July 9, 2018 . The latest package renewed on August 5, 2018 by a sum of Rs.477/- being the package for Mega HD 1M LG. On 9th morning all HD channels have been deactivated without showing any reasons and obtaining prior permission. Even they don't care to inform me about the revised rate suddenly enhanced to Rs.702/- from Rs.477/-. Myself conveyed my capacity limited to Rs.477/- a month and unable to afford extra financial burden on me. From 11/08/2018 they have withdrawn the service and refund the renewal amount in my Airtel Wallet at 16:32 hrs on 13/08/2018 though requested to refund to my bank account.

When I claimed refund for Rs.1,500/- towards purchase of Set Top Box and Dish, they disagreed to to do so because of surrendering. Actually, I am forced to quit their service because of additional financial burden per moth on me.

In view of the above I have no alternative than refer the issue to you for proper justification and compensation.
