Defective SONY TV set we lodge customer service request vide ID no. 39344827 of 10th May

Dear Sir,

Please see attached document of the concerned TV set, including the latest Service Jobs sheet dtd 10.05.2017.

Please note the subject Television is given electrical shock whenever its touched. Whenever electrical tester is touched with the TV, the tester is glowing.

Due to the above, we lodge customer service request vide ID no. 39344827 of 10th May, 2017 and we receive SMS that Tekno Plaza was asign to attained the problem.

However, while registering the complain we face lot of difficulties as the person Ms Dipeka Das was so reluctant that she to registered the complain. However, after lot of discussion she has registered the above service complain and attained by your authorised service centre representative Mr Razaur Biswas.

After checking the TV set Mr Biswas did not identified the problem nor able to solve the technical problem. He repeatedly mentioned that this is a common for this particular model of the TV. After given no solution to the Technical Problem, he made a report reluctantly, as we insisted to record his visit.

We have other television set in use but we never find this problem. House holds electrical item should not give shock when touched from outside. Neither the electrical tester touched will glowing.

Please take up with the concern department and find out the solution.
