Stolen TV parts, almost 2 weeks that technician not responding my call nor company taking any respon

This company sent one technician who took 2 parts of my TV by saying he is going to replace those in few days today its almost 2 weeks that technician not responding my call nor company taking any responsibility. I paid 250 for service charge more over that those parts which cost around 1000/- has been stolen
