I'm complaining about the payment which was deducted from my Union Bank of India account through tech process but Jio Prepaid Numbers has not been credited yet the money. I had done The payment on 19 Jul 2021 at 13:00 pm of Rupees 587. It has been 07 days today. Kindly refund the money and solve the issue as early as possible. Waiting for your earliest reply...

    I applied for Jio Airfiber 15 days ago and was told that due to some technical reason I could not get the connection and that the money (807) would be refunded.But it has been 15 days now and I have not received any refund. When I tried to contact them by calling, I was abused.
