Dear Sir/Madam,

My Reliance Jio postpaid number 9833461825 has been permanently disconnected by the service provider since Sep 2019, and my complaint since October 2019 has not been resolved yet, other than robotic replies from Jio that they shall get back to me shortly.
Even after requesting, they have failed to provide me any Unique Complaint or Appeal number.

This has been my number since over 15 years now, with all my government services, financial and social accounts associated with the same.
The service was disconnected when I was on International roaming, with enough prepaid deposit and bills paid till Jul 2019.
I didn’t receive my bill for Sep 2019 but still paid off remaining bill amount till Aug 2019 online. Access to my online Jio account was also blocked by Sep 2019.

I am not able to make any financial transactions or even change my number as I am still on roaming.
My identity and financial security is at risk and raised with Jio till appellate authority but there has been no help even after 20 reminders.

Your help and assistance in this regard is highly appreciated.
