Inappropriate information, Higher Billing, Inappropriate Service and Mental Harassment

Hello,

I am in touch with TATA DOCOMO for higher billing charges and change of plan for past 5 months.
Despite several mails, talks with Call center and Managers my issue didn't got resolved and I have been continuously charged with higher bills.
There were so may communication and assurance by TATA DOCOMO managers that my plan will be changed to the suitable plan which I have requested for, the plan wasn't changed and also no one taken my consent for the current plan which given to me.
There is no upfront update from DOCOMO about the things and they themselves do what they feel is right.

It's almost 50-60 calls and 30-40 mails over past 5 months to resolve the issue; its like mental harassment taking on same thing and not getting any resolution out.

I have requested to discontinue my account but they don't do that and top of that charge me on higher side by giving me the plan which I haven't asked for.

Also one of the another issue, where I have already cleared my all dues they continuously sent me mails and SMS messages asking for the pending amount of 210 rupees, and showing me fear that I will not pay they will file court case against me; despite I have sent them several mails and the payment receipt that I have already made the payment.
