Dear Sir/Madam, I have surrendered by STD/PCO booth from 01.08.2015 and applied for the refund of my security deposit of Rs.11939/- on 06.10.2015. But unfortunately have not received my security deposit till date. I have visited all office of Alipore Circle but no one could resolve the same. So I do no have any other option other than posting by complaint to the Consumer Forum expecting a proper resolution of the same at the earliest.
