My self a reliance customer since last 6years (Mob.no-9903799430)but i got a msg.from your company for upgradation to 4g.For the said issue i visited the local reliance store where they charged me Rs.1+25 rs in total and send a sms to 1299 and said u will get 10gb 4g+1gb 3g+untimited reliance call+150local calls for a month.
My question arises that how a company could cheat a customer like wise
1st the company offered a SIm to a customer which is not being in updated status & i got the 3G data service after 15days of my SIM was being activated.So its a cheap policy of the company to just harrase customers regarding the issue.
2nd after transformation & completing of that 3G data there was a promise & line of attraction by the company that it would offer 10GB 4G data to there customers after transformation but in that respect yesterday I recived a 9gb 3G data to my number & company says that"our policy changed so we provide 3G data in place of 4G"moreover the validity of that data is from 17/07/2016 to 08/08/2016 what the hell is it..can you clarify..& why the company has not just published that they fails to retain the 4G service via relivant media or else.
I need a complete feedback from your end & if its not done i will just go for consumer affairs & TRAI and teach a lesson to reliance.I don't know in 21st century how this nonsense is possible.I have the copy of your add in a banner with me & also the recharge offer which was public-ally there in rcom website still date.If u cant provide service just let me know i shift over to any other service provider who is not a cheater as reliance.
Hope for a complete feedback from your end via call with a specified duration.

I was using reliance CDMA data card postpaid connection since April 2016. My data card number is 93872 46714. Before two months message came to me to upgrade to 4g because CDMA service will be stopped and the company assured that my present plan Rs999 40gb will be continued after upgrade as there is no alternate as CDMA is to be closed. So I upgraded to 4g by purchasing new dongle for Rs 800. Now I got a mail stating that I have to compulsory choose another plan which is very Rs 999 for 5gb. This is cheating. I was happy with my old plan but the company compelled to change to 4g as CDMA is stopping. By propagating false promise. Please look into the issue. The customer care official is not giving correct reply. He placed my call on hold for half an hour then terminated it.

My name is Jobin K Babu, I am working in a MNC at Bangalore.
I don't have the escalation matrix for the post paid reliance data card.
Please treat this email as for high priority and escalation.Also forward this email to right team for further escalation.
Three month back I got a call from reliance that 3G is going to shutdown as part 4G up-gradation.
My plan was 3G unlimited, 999/-rs plan. Due to reliance people continuous call or irritated calls I am forced to by 4G Data card.
Note: At the time of call, customer people said that there will be no change in my existing plan which means 4G with unlimited plan.
Because of 4G up-gradation, I was not able to use datacard but I was paying the money.
When I checked with reliance outlet or customer care people, I got answers like Sir, I am not upgrading from 3G to 4G, it will take time etc.
At-last 10 days back its got activated hence again I paid the money.
Two days after activation its stopped working and called customer care people said they will reset and it will activate after some time.
Yesterday onwards I have faced the same situation(showing limited connection), I have called customer care and connected Chennai office.
Employee named Lakshman rao said resetting datacard hence it will take another 6 hrs to get activated.
When I checked today morning, I have same issue as before and called customercare number. Call connected to Chennai office again.
Employee named Priyanka(didnt shared the full name or other details for escalation) who is reporting to Lakshmi attended the call.
She said, my plan is not unlimited, its limited plan.Also she is not bothering about customer pains or issue which we are facing.
If I asked sometime, no answer from her side and keeping slient/mum. Also said, I need to wait till next September 25th for next usage.
Till 25th I can't able to use datacard and after paying the money(after sep 25th) I can use this.This is ridiculous!!!!!!!
I have following questions,
Why relinace promised fake offers, that my plan will be unlimited, with 999/rs per month which means won't get change in plan after up-gradation?
Why cheated me with fake offers?
Why forcing me to pay the bill without proper usage almost 3 months?
How my datacard get reactivated after the irritated call with customer care?
How its getting reactivated after the call with customer care even though my plan crossed the limits.
WHY Reliance earning money from customers by giving fake offers and pains respectively?
Spoiled one more day with unwanted pressure!!!!!!!!!!

For the last two months i have paid 6900 rs.. For using 17 gb totally.. Would you believe it.. But thats the price you pay after choosing RCom as your internet service provider.. I chose Rcom two years before even though my friends warned of choosing reliance.. I had chosen because i needed a larger data plan.. RCom was providing 40gb at 999rs.. While they market it you would get upto 16mbps, in reality the average speed would be 100-150kbps during peak hours and around 1mbps after midnight.. Still i persisted with reliance.. I never complained them.. Until the painful last two month bills i have got.. Firstly, they promised me, that i would be retained with the same amount of data and tariff after migrating to 4g reliance.. Which means my old 40gb@999.. Which anyway at the back of mind, i thought it would be impossible for reliance to contain.. But atleast i was expecting an affordable plan.. Finally the plan was a meagre 5gb at 1100.. And without any notification, they had changed over me to this plan.. Only at the end of that month did i got the mail about this.. At that month i had already used 7gb which was over the limit.. That month bill was 2045rs..which means i have paid over 1000 rs for the extraa gbs.. I was heartstruck.. The next month i had used 10 gbs.. This month it was 4800.. Shocked to see this.. Being a middle class family member, this is really hard for me.. But i have paid the bill now after debts from my friend.. For 5 gbs i have paid 3800 rs... Do u believe this.. Yes you got to.. Now that i have called them to close my account.. This is really bad than the credit cards.. This is such a poor experience with reliance.. Even with customer care, they never respond calmly..they communicate like, they dont really want us to be their long time customers.. And i read that Mr.Anil Ambani has crores of debt with RCom.. And he has found out how to make this into a profitable ones.. Like sucking the blood out of spines from a hard earned middle class family.. I will never trust with reliance in my life hereaftee.. Even with Mukesh's Jio.. I write this with immense pain at heart.. People reading this think twice before choosing RCom..

Who lied to all there customers for their 4G Wipod launch with numerous calls stating
existing plans won't change
10 GB free data for first month
Rs. 899 cost of wipod would be adjusted over 3 month
Post which they changed plan without customer signoff, billed clients on plans unauthorized by customers.
Who closed customer care so customers could not reach them to discuss this issue nor close their accounts.
Against whom victims have filed petition with Dot Trai...and yet they shamelessly continue to be unreasonable.
Who are fine to loose clients but want their fraud billed monies.
We the consumers/victims are not fools to appreciate your fraud as an operator we condemn your dirty actions.
As a service provider you were expected to be transparent on your plans/cost before inducing customers to buy Wipods, your telecallers were not meant to blatantly lie on calls.
By this notice I call upon you to refund the amount of excess paid, details have been emailed to your appellate, collection team is copied, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.

I have taken 4G sim of 195plan. while at the time of selling the sim they have told us that this call is free for 30 days unlimited.but to my surprise they have disconnect outgoing call and when have gone to Realiance store they have told us that they have discontinue this plan
