Complaint against Reliance Communication for Wrong Billing

Connection Number- 9342772639 this was a post paid number using since last 3 years in Reliance Communication recently they have introduced 4G service because of which they forced to change device i spent 899 rupees and changed it and before changing confirm with customer care that plan will be same but after converting to 4G they changed my plan without my permission hence i decided to cancel the connection and asked for last bill in that last bill amount is reflecting 1924 instead of 772 rupees when i asked for clarification they telling extra usage but its not possible cos as per new 4G plan once the plan data exhausted it will stop providing single then how can i used it for extra browsing and now they sending email and threatening to take legal action against me please help me out i can pay up-to 793 rupees which is as per my bill plan and i already wasted money on deice 899 which should be refund me from Reliance Communication i am not a single customer if we search on internet we will get 1000 of customer which has cheated from Reliance like me.
