Dear Sir
Complain against AIRTEL Company for their DTH Service I am DTH subscriber of Airtel company for more than 7 years. They are charging as per their on wish and forcing us to upgrade the service in to HD channel , I have written so many times about account statement. But they are not bothered about complain and not responding to my problem. They have been debiting excess amount without informing to me. When I am asking account statement they are not responding. They increase the no of channel and rental also without my concern. Kindly arrange to take action against this kind of unethical business.

My D2h Id is 116562049. I m vivek... Videocon hardware quality always sucks they are cheap in package but remember set top box is hanged very frequently,remote will not work instantly. Even they have not software updated. When I called them other name is registered with my RTN... when I complaint on customer care they said I called them but I didn't.. I m north Indian ,never been to south India but they said I have opted for Telugu pack I said are u gone mad? These Videocon is fraud, trust me they neither have good software nor good hardware.... They even Dont wanna listen to customer... Please resolve my issue.... I m paying extra 60rs to them which i have not opted...
