Activated INTERNET pack of 125rupees of 725MB on 16/08/2016 validity till 05/09/2016 in IDEA Network and also Normal Balance of 50rupees was there but today on 26/08/2016 at 4pm INTERNET was not working and also it was showing a Balance of 0.05paise.If in case if the INTERNET Balance got closed then they didn't informed me regarding your INTERNET Balance is less than 100MB and Without Notifying me anything they deducted my Normal BALANCE of 50rupees also. When i tried to reach IDEA CUSTOMER CARE they didn't responded anything regarding with this issue.
