Dear Sir, This is in reference to my Booking ID TFS-AT-C44304915 from Airport T3 to Pitampura. The booking was made through OLA App dated 25.11.2015


The vehicle number was DL 01 RT 7967 and the name of the driver was Dheeraj Kumar.


The fare amounting to Rs.322 including service tax was charged from OLA Money, electronically. However, the driver insisted to pay him Rs.150.00 on account of service and parking charges which was never charged before ever. However, I preferred not to indulge in arguments and paid him Rs.150.00.


Please be informed that driver also picked me from the last lane where only private vehicles are allowed at arrival terminal of airport T3. The driver reached to the pickup point after making booking for taxi through OLA APP within 3-4 minutes. I had not booked the taxi 2-3 hours before that makes me liable for making me to pay parking and other service charges. Driver had also told me that he has just dropped a passenger at airport and shall reach to me in 5 minutes.


The message that I got from AM-TAXIFS also reads “Kindly pay the driver Rs.0.


I consider it as deficiency in service and overcharging.


I had registered a complaint with TAXIFORSURE on 25.11.15 itself and got a reply from them admitting that Rs.150/- was charged towards airport charges which is government charge.  I am a frequent traveler and I know that there is no such charge government has imposed.


I again had written an email on 27.11.2015 seeking clarification on the matter asking 3 questions:


1. I would like to know if the State Government of Delhi or the Central Government of India has started charging the said Airport Charge amounting Rs.150.00.


2. When the Airport Charge of Rs.150.00 was introduced?


3. Why this Governmental Airport Charge of Rs.150.00 was not included in the invoice and charged from Ola Money and why did Taxiforsure preferred to charge this Airport Charge in cash through driver?


Unfortunately, I did not get any reply though I had sent other emails on 01.12.15, 07.12.15 and 15.12.12 for resolution of my complaint.


I have all the emails exchanged with TAXIFORSURE readily available with me.


I would like you to take up the matter and do the needful for reimbursement of the amount so charged fraudulently.


Although the amount is small yet I can not allow charging me or any passenger by unfair means. I am sure and confident that you will do the needful at your end and provide me with an early resolution.

    Today I travelled by Ola Mini from Green Park to Noida sector 135. (CRON 480323054Normal fare on this route is Rs. 350 where today I was charged Rs. 660. Fate shows Rs. 192 hike. What you advertise and what you charge are very different. I feel it amounts to cheating people.
    This is the last time I have traveled with Ola.

    My CRN NO.50914408,driver name: Peter Prabhu he took 250 bucks from me n my 205 was also deducted from ola money account. He didn't told me n took te cash ,moreover the route he followed to reach my destination was too long n for that the charges gt high. I'm completely unsatisfied with his service n this took off my trust from such good name company.. I'm completely dishearten for this kind off theft wat happened today.Ill make sure that I'll never book OLA again.

    i have booked ola cab on 5:15 pm on domestic air port delhi. my booking Id : CRN 539275109 FROM tERMINAL 3 igI PORT dELHI. Driver name is SACHIN KUMAR YADAV white Amaze. Driver colected rs 640/-. HE charged Rs 490/-For billing amount and Rs 150?- for toll/parking.As per billing Rs 150/- is alredy charged in bill. pls refund Rs.150/-

    I hired a Ola micro from MIAL T-2 on Jan 28, 2016. Ola has a pick up atP^ level.
    I booked the ride. CRN no. CRN549677391
    1. The Driver's name was Muddassir Ukaye. The person who picked me up was not the same as it appeared on the receipt. a villager from Barshi, speaking Marathi. He was very well behaved.
    2. I was waiting at P-6. The driver asked me to come out at the bust stop.
    3. I came out and was asked to pay taxes by the MIAL staff, which I did.
    4. The ride was uneventful and acceptable, although the vehicle was quite rickety.
    5. There was no toll tax paid at Mulund Eastern Express highway. The driver showed the card. which was seen by the top collector and allowed to go. I have seen this during my several rides earlier.
    6. I Asked the driver about it, and he mentioned that the Toll tax was paid as a monthly pass @ INR 1000 per month. He said that this pass was provided by ola (not purchased by him).
    7. On arrival, I received the receipt.
    8. To my chock, INR 100 was charged as P-6 charge, which shouldn't have been charged to me.
    9. I was also charged INR 35 for the Mulund toll tax.
    10. The receipt shows these as add ons, on which the company doesn't pay any taxes.
    11. I read that Ola earned INR 135 extra....tax free.
    My expectation is that Ola should stop fleecing the customers in this manner.

    last week an Ola auto driver Kandasamy(9710568689) TN05C1530 canceled the booking without informing us.First we told that we will pay by ola money then he told that he won't accept Ola money and then he said he will cancel the booking.So we told that we will pay cash so he said he will come but he canceled the booking without informing.

    I would like to inform OLA company regarding cab driver having criminal record. How can they allow him driving he is dangerous to society. I can give registration number MH46 AD0718. I don't want to name him on this platform but would want OLA to know about this and revoke his license as he can be dangerous to the passengers and other drivers on road

    Today I booked cab for my family using OLA app (prime suv), called your driver and he asked me about drop location and told me he is approximately 40 minutes away and suggested me to cancel the ride. But when I denied he started making lame excuse any that he cannot hear me , though he was responding to my every sentence. Waited for 25 minutes and checked cab status using their tracking service only, cab didn't move and was still showing 11 minutes away which was same at time of booking.

    Called customer service representative till the time I had not shared my concern he was able to hear me however after that making excuses. I recorded that conversation too and when told him about the same, all of sudden his hearing sense recovered.

    He suggested me to wait for 5 minutes and assured me strict action would be taken and I will get cab in 5 minutes.

    After that called customer care worst department thrice, till the time I had not shared my concern they were able to hear me however after I explained issue they all of sudden lost their senses. I was standing on road with my family which includes 3 kids as well.
