Dear Sir, This is in reference to my Booking ID TFS-AT-C44304915 from Airport T3 to Pitampura. The booking was made through OLA App dated 25.11.2015


The vehicle number was DL 01 RT 7967 and the name of the driver was Dheeraj Kumar.


The fare amounting to Rs.322 including service tax was charged from OLA Money, electronically. However, the driver insisted to pay him Rs.150.00 on account of service and parking charges which was never charged before ever. However, I preferred not to indulge in arguments and paid him Rs.150.00.


Please be informed that driver also picked me from the last lane where only private vehicles are allowed at arrival terminal of airport T3. The driver reached to the pickup point after making booking for taxi through OLA APP within 3-4 minutes. I had not booked the taxi 2-3 hours before that makes me liable for making me to pay parking and other service charges. Driver had also told me that he has just dropped a passenger at airport and shall reach to me in 5 minutes.


The message that I got from AM-TAXIFS also reads “Kindly pay the driver Rs.0.


I consider it as deficiency in service and overcharging.


I had registered a complaint with TAXIFORSURE on 25.11.15 itself and got a reply from them admitting that Rs.150/- was charged towards airport charges which is government charge.  I am a frequent traveler and I know that there is no such charge government has imposed.


I again had written an email on 27.11.2015 seeking clarification on the matter asking 3 questions:


1. I would like to know if the State Government of Delhi or the Central Government of India has started charging the said Airport Charge amounting Rs.150.00.


2. When the Airport Charge of Rs.150.00 was introduced?


3. Why this Governmental Airport Charge of Rs.150.00 was not included in the invoice and charged from Ola Money and why did Taxiforsure preferred to charge this Airport Charge in cash through driver?


Unfortunately, I did not get any reply though I had sent other emails on 01.12.15, 07.12.15 and 15.12.12 for resolution of my complaint.


I have all the emails exchanged with TAXIFORSURE readily available with me.


I would like you to take up the matter and do the needful for reimbursement of the amount so charged fraudulently.


Although the amount is small yet I can not allow charging me or any passenger by unfair means. I am sure and confident that you will do the needful at your end and provide me with an early resolution.

    Sir I have to say that I booked one ola cab from Coimbatore railway junction to NAJAPPAA Nagar and the driver Mrurugeshan has charged extra money as I have paid the amount through ola money his contact no is 7639001987 and white indica no was TN 99F1819 and the CRN no was 403337916 it is requested to block the ola money so that he may not get double money as the charge was 152 Rs and paid 304 Rs kindly find the attached document for your timely response

    I have booked an OLA cab from Hotel Novatel Juhu to Ghatkopar CRN 408470466, Cab reg no. MH01AM2394 Driver Mo. No. & Name is 7498487556 Mr.Ganesh Kumar Choudhary. Cab's Condition was very poor & driver was driving very rash. I have told him to drive slowly & well he replied with abusive language.
    I wll make complaint in police station against him. Strictly take action against him & inform me. My personal cell no. is 9421632850.
    Don't appoint such type of ridicules & unprofessional driver.

    Dear Sir, This is in reference to my Booking CRN-409006373 with driver to start trip.g ID TFS-AT-C44304915 from Shahdra to Clarks inn sahibabad. The booking was made through OLA App dated 02.10.2016.


    The vehicle number was DL1RTA4260 (WagonR)and the name of the driver was Rakesh.


    The fare amounting to Rs.138.00 including service tax was charged from OLA Money, electronically. However, the driver insisted to pay him Rs.100.00 on account of Toll Tax charges which was never charged before ever. However, I preferred not to indulge in arguments and paid him Rs.100.00.
    But in ola bill Rs.100.00 was charged on account of Round trip.whice I didn't use.

    Hie am vinitha. I usually prefer ola cabs all the time. But i didnt like the service today. The driver abused me very badly didnt reached the destination too. I didnt like that type of service

    Booking CRN420226860, Vehicle no TN 22 CQ 6379 SILVER Indica, Driver name loganathan. Wife Booked cab at 5.45pm from Pammal, Chennai for dropping her mother and sisters back to Chennai railway station on their maiden visit. Driver came with another passenger saying he is dropping him at 0.5km. Instead went via koiembedu dropping the other passenger causing my in laws miss their train to kerala. After reaching station he locked the veh not letting others to get down till the time my sister in law went to see the train status and come back.     On 22nd I booked a Ola cab from Koparkhairane to my daughters school in Airoli and the charge came to Rs.155 and the same micro cab i booked while coming back with no traffic and no halts from the same place to back home but to my surprise they charged me Rs.373. For such a short distance no good car would also charge so much. Previous month i went to the Mumbai airport from Koparkhairane and which is atleast 7 times the distance they charged me aroung Rs.375. I feel extremely cheated. Please look into it immediately. Attached is the details for both ways.

    I had booked a micro yesterday from sector 125 noida to vaibhav khand indirapuram which got upgraded from ola to a sedan and they charged me 414. They have included false toll, parking and NH24 and noida mayur vihar and too many irrelevant charges which the driver didn't even paid for.
