SB Account not open by State Bank of India City Branch Orai Jalaun

Sir I have visit to SBI City Branch Orai Jalaun for opening a SB account with all required documents but They told us that firstly I take Health Insurance policy from SBI no SB account will be open without helth insurance policy. Sir I am not in position to take that policy. Please take necessary action against him.
