Hello sir/madam,
I am Deepak Gupta residential of Kanpur (U.P), My contact number is 8094606659. I ordered a branded wrist watch (Timebre) on 20 jun 16 vide order number M602143656 from online website Mr.voonik worth rs.599, which has been delivered to me on 25 jun 16. I ordered that watch to give on my brother's birthday which was on 06 Jul. As my brother first time wear that watch left its dial colour which is not acceptable at all and on second day It is fedding out which I can never expect. While looking it deeply the silver coated chain seems totally duplicate. For that I mailed to customer care of the website on 10 jul 16 vide ticket/docket number 13689. Today they replied to me that your watch cannot be returned , I asked to Mr. Saurabh (customer care executive) on call why it is so then he is telling me that 15 days are over so nothing can be done. Sir/madam, I want to tell you if I given gift to my brother then I will give him on his birthday not 10 days prior of birthday. This fact I was trying to convey them but they refused to understand the fact.
So in above mentioned fact I want to return that watch which was intend as a gift and the gift turn out to be as a fake. kindly do some favor for me as a citizen of India

    My self prasad yadav I had ordered a digital metal watch frm u on this month.which has been delivered to me but that digital watch is worked for 3 days after that it does not working I had also send a mail to u but no response frm your side.first time I had ordered the product frm mrvoonik but I m not satisfied.i only had a word to u people that dont make fool to people.because the people seeing the advertise of product on your side.and they r ready to buy that product which they like.do u know they r buying the product and giving money to u.that money is also having some value.is it big amount or is it small amount

    Extremely disappointed with service provided by Snapdeal. They have send a defective earphone and no one is responding.
    Despite being assured that complain will be taken care of within 24 hours, still no one communicated back. This unethical business needs to be checked.
