Online fraud consumer complain against Timesvacationtour.com web portal

I got a call from the number 8291426124 Timesvacationtour.com this is theri webste saying that its promotional call as they want satisfied customer so they so on booking 5555 Rs package we will also be eligible for a gift so I bought 2 packages of rs 5555 to get 2 gifts but after few days these guys stopped picking up my call , after 7 days i requested for refund online but that too they do .Kindly look into this Sir not sure how many people they are making fool of, their other number is 08080821243.
