i HAVE PURCHASED AN REDMI PHONE 2 FROM AMAZON AND HAVE SUBMITTED FOR REPAIR FOR FAULTY MOTHER BOARD ON 20/8/2016 AT THEIR VILE PARLE EAST SERVICE CENTRE - M/S V CARE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF MI PHONES PH NO 022-26213040/50 & THEIR COUSTMER CARE NO 18001036286 AND IS UNDER WARRANTY. WAS ASSURED THAT THE MOBILE WILL BE REPAIRED WITH MAXIMUM OF 15 DAYS. TILL TODAY NO STATUS OF THE PHONE IS AVALIABLE. FOLLOW UP WAS DONE WITH THE COMPANY COUSTMER CARE FROM 16/9/2016 ON PHONE AND EMAILS BUT WAS GIVEN ONLY FALSE ASSURANCE OF CALL BACK WITH UPDATES - NO RESULTS & ON EMAIL REPLIED WITH ALL STANDARD MESSAGE.
