Myself Umesh Sajgane, had seen an advertisement of car Rental Company named M/s. Laxmi Group and went to their office in Vashi, New Mumbai. They explain about their business and told that within 45 days I will receive a car (Hyundai accent) and can start own business. They ask to book a car by paying advance money of Rs 10,000/- and Rs. 3500/- for Gumasta licence which I had paid vide cheque No. 378377 dated 16.02.2016 Rs. 10,000/- and cheque no. 378378 dated-16.02.2016 Rs. 3,500/-.

After that I was in continuous communication with them for further process but they just delayed the process by giving reasons which were totally unacceptable. After 4-5 months I visited their office and ask to refund my money if not interested for which they ask Hyundai Accent is not available and will have to wait for at least 2-3 month and if don’t want to wait then Nissan Micra is available for which processing can hardly take 15 days time on which I agreed. Few days later I received call about current a/c opening in PNB Bank, Dombivali branch and processing for loan against which they had taken Rs. 19,000/- in cash and open an account. But loan processing was stopped and they ask me to pay all balance payment of Rs. 89,0000/- for which I had taken 3 weeks time as my mother was in hospital so utilized the savings then also I took a personal loan and paid them Rs. 89,000/-vide cheque no. 944102 dated-14.09.2016. I was having difficulty to reach their office so they immediately send their person at my residence for collection of cheque. From that date onward I am in continuously following with them but no any feedback nor any action they just give reason that you have taken too much time and in that period bank manager changed and new manager is not signing for loan and asking why earlier manager not signed hence kept on hold till today.

Now nobody picking up phone if called on landline phone other executive ask name and disconnect it or not talking properly.
I am totally fad up with such harassment. I asked them either pay my money back else complete the balance process/work for which they don't reply.

Most interesting is that this company is ISO 9001:2008 certified then also such stuff happening.
