Product has not been delivered. Refund of Total Money plus Compensation amount

Dear Team,

Kindly note that i had placed order on Amazon.in (18th July 2016 ) of Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar 32 oz (946 ml) which was costing rs 1600 rs including delivery charges.

It was mentioned that the item would be delivered by 28th july of EOD which it didnt.
After escalating the issue to customer care executive it was assured that it would be delivered on 29th july which also it didnt.

Today also on 30th July 2016 it was assured that it would be delivered but it didnt.

Request your team to deliver the product with total refund or if the amazon is not going to deliver the product , i want my refund with a compensation amount of 10,000 rs INR
