Hi, I ordered a blazer from Miracas International. I paid it upfront as cash on delivery option isn't available. But it's been over 2 months I am still waiting. Customer care number isn't working, I call them during all business hours but no one picks up. I posted messages in their FB page but no response again. They have in-built message option where you can communicate with them by posting a message and they respond to your query (atleast that is what I thought). I posted several messages but again, no replies. I don't know what else to do but I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT DONT BUY FROM MIRACAS DESPITE HOW GOOD THE DESIGNS LOOK. There are 100's of consumer complaints already available online but I was a fool not to check it before ordering. But please, you shouldn't make the same mistake. IF ANYONE IS THERE WHO CAN COME UP TOGETHER TO TAKE ACTION, DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME. I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHARE ALL THE COMMUNICATION SCREENSHOTS AND OTHER DETAILS.
