Not reimbursing money, had paid 1500 through Paytm to a bank

I had paid 1500 through Paytm to a bank. The bank has not received the money and my money got cut from my paytm wallet. And they erased all the records from my paytm account. I have sent them multiple emails but no response. They are sending me irrelevant emails and not resolving my issue.
