A baby cycle was ordered on line. Full payment was made including extra charges for express delivery. It was to be a Diwali gift for my granddaughter. The item never got delivered. Amazon, unilaterally, effected a refund after 16 days, causing mental agony, harassment, gross inconvenience, embarrassment. This amounts to gross deficiency of service.
The same also applies to M/S Grab India retail, the seller in this case.
