Complaint about transfer paytm cash to another paytm account

respected sir ,
saturday evening 15.10.2016 one phone call for me we are calling from bank so give the details, otherwise we can lock the card. i give the details he login in to my
paytm account number 9894618508 and misuse and send the money Rs. 9751 to another paytm account 7872389902. iam ask the paytm customer care to cancel the transaction with in 1 hour. they are telling you the transactions are over call to the receiver. the receiver is fraud person. he cannot attending the phone call. how can i get the money. any suggestions the mistake made by me but i have all the details iam unable to get my money
