Complaint regrading Flipkart cheating by taking payment and not delivering products

FlipKart is an CHEATER

I made a Purchase of Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (Grey, 32 GB) on 04/10/2016,
After my payment is done, I receive a message in the next 5 minutes stating that my order is cancelled due to technical issue.
Fine there might be any issue. I accepted it,
I called flipkart asking to reimburse me back Now so that I can get the mobile again as the Big Billion Offer is going on.
They said sorry sir it will take 8 working days to reimburse it.
Even after that issue I Borrowed money from my Friend and I purchased the same mobile again in the same offer on the same day.

But the same thing was done by FLIPKART again.
They again cancelled it.

They are using our money
They are showing the product availability in the website
and after we purchase it they cancel it,
They are utilising our money for there own rotation,
They are cheating the customer.
