Non delivery of gift item for national geographic subscription from ACK media

I have purchased one year subscription for National Geographic magazine from Amar Chitra Katha media Ltd, on 10th September, 2015. My order number was 158848. In the confirmation email, I was promised to be given a gift a photographer's jacket in the third month of subscription. But after nine months, they did not send it. I have sent six email reminders, they say the matter is being processed.

Please help me in this regard,
