I have Transferred INR 5000.00 to INDIAN Bank from my Paytm wallet on Dt. 27.12.2016 but still not yet received the same in my bank account.I have tried many times to contact paytm customer care but all times he is saying only your query has been submitted but I have not received any solution and call from paytm to till date. the same i have queried to INDIAN Bank also they are also saying the same answer. After few days back my continues follow up PAYTM gave mail reply I have given below.

"INDIAN BANK just gave us a reference number 30001263626362111956825
for the successful refund of Rs 5000 from Paytm to your bank account for
your Order ID 2468894365. Your bank could take few more days to credit
the amount to your account. Please contact your bank's customer care
for any further query quoting this number."

Then I have contact to the bank with the reference number, Bank people telling that not a valid reference number, they can't check with that number. again I have to contact PAYTM customer care, but again they are sending the same reply mail.
