Throughout all 1990s & 2000s & up to 2012, this merchandise had been run by Mr. Mohan Lal Sharma (does not even get bothered of bearing a PAN card ever) who is the father of current proprietor- Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma who has been running this business from 2012 onwards, ironically this commercial firm has recently been registered with Commercial Taxes Deptt., Jharkhand on 11th November 2014. Even after then, they have never ever paid any Sales Tax/VAT so far. On selling goods, they do not issue Receipt with VAT mentioned, if insisted by the customer, they flatly refuse, even go on to threaten him/her with dire consequences. Owing to their close relations with local bullies, they have grown quite fearless and do not hesitate to show sheer disrespect towards Law & Justice. In this wicked way, they have inflicted Tax Evasion of a great sum of some lacs of Rupees on State govts. of contemporary Bihar as well as of Jharkhand.
Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, academically only I.A. pass, has been working as a Salesman in Surat, Gujarat from 2004-2012, after returning from Surat, his father’s business has grown with such astonishing leaps & bounces as well as his own lavish lifestyle, causes serious suspicion that he has got a huge sum of Black Money there. On the other hand, he has not paid even a penny as Sales Tax till date. Moreover, both father and son- Sharmas have invested a great sum of money in Bricks Industry at nearby Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar.
Therefore, I, meekly & firmly, request you to undergo thorough Investigation in order to recover huge sum of REVENUE for our already financially crippled state govt. as well as to ensure prosecution of such dishonest businessmen under appropriate legal provisions for aforesaid grave economic offences/financial crimes committed by them & still in practice without slightest fear of getting punished at the hands of concerned authorities. Hopefully, Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma would prove a good example for other cutthroats of his own kin & kind.
