No solution to my previous complaint for non-refund of money

Kindly refer my previous complain id no. JGJN024427 dtd. 19.11.16 in Jagograhakjago.co.in against Snapdeal for non-refund of my money against two nos of orders amounting total Rs. 612/-(Rs.311/- + 301/-). I received a mail from Snapdeal on 21.11.16 that the complaint has been received. After that I received calls from Snapdeal many times and everybody told me that it will be resolved within 24 - 48 hrs. I would like to mention that 48 hrs are over and no action has been taken from Snapdeal till now. Just now I received a call from one executive named 'Priyanka' saying a new story that 9-10 days are needed to refund the money. I understand that Snapdeal is a complete fraud company and they are not going to refund my money and only repeating the story or stretching it to stay comfortable.
I request concerned authority of Jagograhakjago to kindly consider my complaint as very very serious and help me to lodge legal complaint against Snapdeal and get me compensation for such harassment and cheating.
