Fraud by online product selling company

I have order 2 items (Qty 1- Amul Full Cream 500 ML Milk x 30 Days) & (Qty 2-Amul Tonned 500 ML Milk x 30 Days) with Order Value Rs 2187/- (which I paid in advance) on 20th Feb 2016 but delivery didn’t started till April'16, after continuous follow-ups and lots of excuses from 24X7 fresh they started delivery from May’16.
But after 17 days of delivery they again stopped delivering my order, and vendor gave excuse that 24x7 amount is pending that why they have stopped delivery.
When called to 24X7 customer care they advise to take another product. My half money is blocked with 24X7 company.
Please take serious note against 24x7 company, its creating fraud by taking money in advance from customer and keeping it with them and gaining profit. This same issue is with many of the customers in Delhi. So please take serious action against this.
